David took the time to really listen to our needs and wants, and that showed in his choice of properties that he presented us with. I felt that our time was being valued, and that he had done his due diligence before even sending an email to go see a property. After we found the one we loved, he acted quickly, and wrote the offer even though it was Sunday night and he was already off work! He was able to get us a great deal, was very involved in the whole process of escrow. Always available on the phone and via text.
